Toben Verrghese is founder, executive chairman and chief executive officer of ThoughtMaQers Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where he is responsible and guide the development of new technologies, frameworks and ThoughtMaQers strategic business opportunities.

A leader in the field of information technology for more than 18 years and a key architect of ThoughtMaQers strategic vision. Toben Verrghese spearhead ThoughtMaQers efforts to develop and commercialize mobile technology breakthroughs, innovative customer engagement platforms, realtime monetized advanced business analytics and cater client server technology services that significantly contributed to the growth of both the Company and the industry.

Following the completion of his Masters in post graduation programme and specialized in strategic management and marketing from Indian Institute Of Management, Kozhikode, Toben Verrghese had brainchild to start a company based on blue ocean strategies.

As an seasoned leader with high business and financial acumen, sales & marketing perspectives and broad range of technology knowledge, Toben Verrghese set his core area of focus to grow the company exponentially and become a global leader in Web/Mobile Internet technology solutions and services. Under his leadership, ThoughtMaQers looks forward to radically scale the organization and diversify its product offerings while maintaining a strong culture of innovation. He is extremely versatile and knows the momentum of business sharpley that makes him apt to be a pioneer in his role. Inherent strengths like passion for excellence, strategy & execution and relationship management make him stand out.

Prior to ThoughtMaQers, Toben Verrghese served a decade in Dell India as Marketing Head for India Commercial Business, Previously; he served Tata Elxsi, iWire Network Designs and Net Point holding senior sales & marketing leadership positions.

At Dell, his core focus were customers and targeted marketing and innovation, his strategic plans in conjunction with business objectives, rejuvenated ideas, executed flawless integrated marketing campaigns and sales engagements contributed to the organization growth from $100M to $1.5BN. He has made his mark inside Dell for growing the end user computing & enterprise business from its inception to market leadership position.

Toben Verrghese received his bachelor's (1999) from Golden Valley Institute of Technology, certified ecommerce analyst (2000) from University Of Netherlands, Alumni and masters in (2013) post graduation programme from Indian Institute Of Management, Kozhikode.
